Practical common-sense, prudence prevails as- Our pivotal practice. The right lengths,no further, in all temperance prevails as- Our pivotal practice. With the guts to go on, fortitude prevails as- Our pivotal practice. Hearing both sides, fair justice prevails as- Our pivotal practice. Chaste and correct, fornication forgone as- Our pivotal practice. Unfashionable, undeniable Christian concerns as- Our pivotal practice.

I really like the repetition of "our pivotal practice" at the end of each stanza. Really sums up each gem of wisdom in the previous two lines - especially the last stanza, Brian. I see you put your "refreshment time" to good use!
