A Perfect Storm

I was empty
Ignorant of joy
Unaware of beauty
A poem incomplete
A story unfinished
Till my eyes set upon her
Oh how I wish
To embrace her in my arms
To feel her lips on mine
Her soft kiss
Her warmth heals my pain
Pain of yesteryear
That haunts me no more
She is full of life
A garden of daisy
Lit by moonlight
Adoring beauty with beauty
She is a hurricane
And I a tornado
A perfect storm meant to be
Destined by fate
Oh how I wish
For her to be mine
