A Percentage of Chances

The most startling things about the weather
How they can change in a moment’s notice
If today it is foul, tomorrow it may be better.

Weatherpersons surely get lots of practice
Arranging the highs and lows on their maps
How they can change in a moment’s notice.

Warm spells are often followed by cold snaps
And, of course, it can also be vice versa
Arranging the highs and lows on their maps.

In most places weather can be a lot worser
Based on what one is experiencing then
And, of course, it can also be vice versa,

The weatherpersons never know when,
So, they give only a percentage of chances
Based on what one is experiencing then.

I am amazed by the device that enhances
The most startling things about the weather
So, they give only a percentage of chances
If today it is foul, tomorrow it may be better.
