A Patient Man
A patient man
A patient man
Never forces his life to come
Rather an elegant gesture
A signal by hand
And that made the patient man
A grateful man
Sees the ravening cloud of nothing
But walks towards it with pride
“Come toward me” he said
“I’ve nothing to hide”
No fear nor sorrow filled his heart
And that made the grateful man
A complete man
Lives where his heart will soar and sing
With a church bell in his heart yet to ring
But will take on all the suffering
Until his bell may ring
He persists to sing
But it all starts from a patient man
