A Pact With the Devil

Lost within the confines
Of my own self,
In disguise,
Knowing all can peer right through,
My welling eyes-
Don’t believe in tomorrow,
Even yesterday is grim,
I’ve hidden everything,
That I really feel;
Quite sure at this point,
That I have made a deal with Satan himself.
