A Nightingale Sings of Dawn's Glory
A Nightingale sings in Berkeley Square, Mayfair
Visitors from all over the world head there
Tweets for treats in the realm of London city
Come, hear the Nightingale sing a sweet ditty.
Lovers fall in love 'neath silvery moonlight
Enchanted by mystic music of the night
Lost in the sensation of love's vibration
Magic moments of blissful fascination.
In glory of dawn the bird's up with the Lark
Flies to Trafalgar Square for a fountain spa
Freshens herself up ready for start of day
Before the many revellers come her way.
From dawn to dusk the Nightingale sings with flair
Above Mayfair's green garden in Berkeley Square.
