A Nice Guy

It gets worse every day
You ask me how I am, what do I say
I say I'm fine an obvious lie
But I'm just trying to be the nice guy

It's hard being the nice guy but what am I to do
A nice guy doesn't say "I still love you"
He pretends to be happy when his heart you break
He trys to smile even though it's a fake

A nice guy is what I'll always be
And a nice guy is what you'll always see
A nice guy can't tell you that he stills feels this way
Or that he loves you more each day
