A New Morning

And when at last I knock
On the doors of heaven,
Who would be there a-opening
But the One fairest, awaiting.
With tears of joy in my eyes
Then I would gallantly stroll in...
"Wipe your tears friend", He would say,
"Now it's over; it's a new morning."
