A New Friendship

People blurred and passed us by, but that day we stopped to say hi. I remember like it was yesterday, that you couldn’t remember my name nor could I remember yours, and we were both like “No way!” All those trips for snacks at the MC once we were free, free from the class of botany. How much fun I had with you! Even now, though we’re far away we still have so much to say. Our conversations are still as good as they were then. I don’t know what else to say, but I’m glad in Rexburg you’ll stay So next time I’m there I’ll say “hey!” What a good friend you’ve turned out to be. What a great friend you are to me.
