A New Day
A new day is here 4 me
to make hay
Feeling infused wit d
beauty of the day
Hormones working
overtime,
Hale n energetic my
skinny vessel
Smile is buoyant than
shimmering goodies
Shrugs at
disappointment
Hearty laugh 2 less a
joke 4rm paddies
The spur of dis moment
is unknown.
Despite kicking nature
in its butts,
And making devil thy
godfather
HE puts a happy little
smiley face on my day.
Intrigued i am,
For a happy new day
has come.
