A New Day

Everyday 
after this will be a 
new day
I don't know why it 
happened
But I know I can't go 
back
Because my life has 
taken this turn
I need more than ever 
to stay strong
And true, true to who 
I am inside
I will always 
remember this is my 
heart
But I can move past 
this
So don't you worry 
about me
My peace is here, 
and I am whole
I am fine, and I don't 
need anything
From you or anyone 
else
For I made my peace, 
and I am whole
Don't worry about me
I may have been 
shocked
I may have cried
But I am here
Here to stay
So don't you worry 
about me
My peace is here, my 
life worth living
I am whole and I can 
see
That it will be
A new day everyday 
after this
I AM HERE TO 
STAY
