A New Day
Face a new day like a warrior,
and resolve to do no harm.
Feel the sun's warmth
before it appears and know
if disaster is in store, today,
is an excellent day to die.
And if blessings occur, then,
resolve in your mind, that,
they had little to do
with things that you did or said.
Just be happy as the day's
events unfold before your view
and accept that they don't
give a dam for you.
