As the sun sets, progress beckons.
Recalling the times spent with people we love.
Yet another year gone with a wink.
Continue forging new paths with zeal,
Like the year past, and the one before.
Keep spreading the secret stash of love,
that hides behind your soft heart.
Making people feel belonged and secure,
with that evergreen smile, doing your part.
It is a new beginning.
Thus change your expectations,
and your perception.
Hope to see what you didn't in the past.
And do the things that will melt your heart.
View the world afresh, with love
From anytime after twelve or dusk.
It is a new beginning,
Always spread your love,
For the world can't get enough,
From the beauty that lies within.
