A New Beginning

Inching forward ever so slowly the caterpillar makes its way toward the leaf. Mustering up all its strength it uses a final burst of energy to make the cocoon. Saying good-bye to this suffocating world, it prepares for a new beginning - a new life. Cracking the cocoon a glorious butterfly stretches its wings preparing to fly away. Opening its eyes the caterpillar realizes that it was all a dream and it’s still in the glass jar. Trapped.
