A Mouse In the House

Is there anything cuter than a little mouse? The rascals are cute, but I don't want them in my house! They get into my cupboard, and eat all the food that's there. Those creatures run around leaving their droppings everywhere, chewing holes in the walls to create their lair. The mothers have babies by the dozen. They sure multiply! Pretty soon, I will have loads of them running low and high. I want to keep them out before they get in. That way, I can avoid getting a big bill from Orkin!

this is sure cute. love that last line about Orkin!! yep, springtime for Australia. I'd love to own property in those countries where spring starts as our winters begin and then if I were rich, I could just fly to those places in the winter.

What a brilliant write my friend! I really enjoyed the little mouse that got into your house and had a hay day! They are a nuisance I do have to say! When I was a bachelor and lived in an apartment I had some mice...they were awful! Such a pain to get rid of too! I hope you don't have any mice in your house! This is an awesome poem about these pesky creatures! Great Work!!
