In the middle of the night, when the butterflies dance to the moon's song Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Anoucheka Gangabissoon 11/18/2023

Smiles of a bright moon in the middle of the night, one butterfly is in tune fluttering into her shiny light. An admiring moon watches to an unique performance, the butterfly shows her dances, they both are in a conformance. They met together one night, they were happy for a second, It was love at first sight, nothing to be questioned. Up there she smiles happily, she won't be resigned, she wants to live her fantasy. A second to be remembered is worth years to be unhappy.

A beautiful butterfly poem, Maria. I like the photo you chose to introduce the subject of your poem. Love can be quite the mystery, especially love at first flight ... I mean sight. Smiles ~ Blessings my friend. Bill

I don' t know Darlene, this is the story about somebody far away. Love in the distance. I mean if you really love somebody, it doesn't matter how far he or she is...love is always love. My dear Darlene, have a nice weekendxxxx
