A pupa escapes its chrysalis. ~ A Monarch unfolds crumpled wings.
a caterpillar
morphs into a butterfly ~
metamorphosis
Dual pairs of brilliant orange-red wings
with black veins and white spots; crown them kings.
And appearing both poised and regal;
to bring harm to one; is illegal.
