A MOMENT OF SOLITUDE

Stop, stay still, sit, settle, sense the stillness,
silence, serenity, solitude or
quietness, let quietude quietly
infiltrate and be infused in your mind,
like a trance state, step in tranquility
to savour the solitude for self search,
self-awareness, self-reflection, self-worth.
