A Moment of Silence
A moment of silence
Reflection of heart
Feelings so intense
So sour and tart
A moment of silence
Stiffening of life
Feelings so tense
So full of strife
A moment of silence
Surviving of souls
Feelings on the fence
As the bell tolls
A moment of silence
For all those lost
Feelings so immense
And for what cost?
