An event happened
State of mind wrongly placed
An action made
Thoughts rise a new
Regret recognized
Seeking the past undone
An effort made
Actions fail to facade
Hope like clouds to the sun
Darkness overcomes
A new thought arise
A final attempt made
A prayer said
Forgiveness given
The sun shines through
A mistake once made
A life risen new
