A Million Shattered Pieces of My Heart

It's been years
we hardly talk
it's easier that way
but we remember, every second of the day

Incredible pain
Constant misery
loneliness
our hearts breaking

a million shattered pieces
that could never
be glued back together
we were just not meant to be

In our hearts
we kiss
we touch
we love, till forever
