What is troubling you?

Release delusion,

Focus on the breath,

Is there frustration?
Let go of thoughts that distress,

Are there hopes or fears?
Let go of thoughts that distress,
Relax and de-stress.
Release the anger,
Let go of thoughts that distress,
Relax and de-stress.
Is there restlessness?
Let go of thoughts that distress,
Relax and de-stress.
Doubting life's lessons?
Let go of thoughts that distress,

Come back to the breath,
