Notes About The Poem

After the dissolution of my first marriage, the Lord
told me that He had a husband for me.  I had to
?wait a long time, sixteen years to be exact for this
?man of God to come along, and even at the
?beginning, it was a rough go.  But, when we
determined to have the Lord between us, Praise
?God it worked!  We both know that the Lord brought
?us together!

A Marriage Made In Heaven

A Marriage Made In Heaven

A marriage made in Heaven
is a picture of God’s perfect plan,
the Father’s choice for this woman
is to be united with His man.

For He had prepared these two to walk together with Him
for the rest of this their lives,
a perfect union of bliss and harmony
and to avoid this ugly thing that it trying to come between them, called strife.

For we chose to see the Father
for our mate upon this earth to stand,
His work we will accomplish together
in a strange and foreign land.

And when our work on earth has ended
I know our Father will call the two of us home,
entering the gates of beautiful Heaven
and throughout eternity side by side, we will roam.
