A Man in Depression and His Way Out

Depression for the male is alive and well
It’s time to tell the story of the male and
How to get out of depression when
He has a pale outlook on life

The first reality is to go to God
You must go back to your Source
This will enforce the union that belongs to you

The second reality you need is to exercise
Using the gym enhances your outlook and
A feel-good man has a plan

The third reality 
You need to have a purpose
Men need to work and 
Maximize their skills

The fourth reality
A male needs a loving family
He is not only here to provide a roof and pay bills

Depression for the male is alive and well
But there is a way for him to win
Life can often spin us around
Yet he can get out of depression

Sara Kendrick June 20, 2024 at 7:46 AM All that is good, but true depression isn't that easy to treat. It is true men need those things in their lives which gives them purpose for living and being able to feel good about themselves, but sometimes depression needs a profession in mental health's diagnoses plus medication. I have a grandson who has Huntington's disease and I understand depression from a person whose brain has a chemical imbalance which needs medication to help them do better.
