I wanted to write a Limerick using the name Rafferty. But I thought to myself what could rhyme with this name, I went to rhyme zone and hit pay dirt. At least in my mind I thought so . Enjoy:-) Alexis

There was an old timer named Rafferty Who hated his middle name Mcclafferty So he said he had none Folk thought it was for fun But get this his last name was Mcclaugherty Alexis Y. 1-13-19

good job getting the rhymes in. Don't you hate it when a word has no rhymes except for rare names? I once tried to use my name Andrea in a limerick. Doesn't quite work!!

lol,lol Alexis - we all need to laugh. Some doctors think that laughing is a remedy for serious illness. In fact laughing is contagious - seriously - laughing would make a good poem Poetry hugs and wishes
