A Man Apart

One wonders, searching concept to reality; urge to desired dreams of paradise
Is man apart his own journey one runs, clarity of knowledge laid claim to evolution
Desires for peace meet by war fronts, innocent die like guilty evil predator walks
Amongst our soul just as life's breath

What is a man that he kill all light but darkness reigns death and destruction
World without love is a heart's tears, fallen to pains misery feeding our depths
Do we better journey which lie ahead, portrait of water color washable in mist
Lost being, like fog covered waters, rough sea devouring every gulp breathe
Is survival worldly or demise we fight in disarray

What is it we thrive that is not life, other than ourselves important priorities conclude
Achievable means to control uncivil hatred persistence
Among my being a flaw in design to beauty, chance find heart, a man apart from the rest
I also find peace, my last words laid to rest, untamed spirit; in search of Godly world
