A Love Letter
The reason this poem is written,
Is to try to get your attention.
If you're still not smitten,
then I'll consider getting you a kitten.
Ahem, well, let's get straight to the point,
Oh look, is that a coin?
Sorry, I'm easily distracted,
Mind if you pass me that biscuit?
You know, I think you're really pretty,
To miss a girl like you would be quite a pity.
But I'm not sure if you like me,
The only thing I'm good at is being witty.
But hey, isn't that good enough?
Being smart in this world can be quite tough.
I mean, you can find any Tom, Dick or Harry,
But none of them would be as good as me (hopefully)
My poem's about to come to an end,
I really wanna write more but I can't find a new pen,
So, let me be frank,
I really want you to be my girlfriend.
