A Love I've Never Known

Life has caused me, countless scars. I have so many, they could reach the stars. I’ve loved and lost. I’ve been hurt and used. By the entity of love, I’ve been abused. Love has become my enemy, something that I hate. A life of solitude, is my only fate. In the midst of my pain, into my life, an angel came. She knows my heart. She knows my name. This angel opened my heart. She’s my one desire. She has shown me real love. In my soul, she has set a fire. She’s all I’ve ever wanted. My heart, to her I give. For I will be hers, as long as I live.
