A Lost Soul
What love is this? That I cannot see,
a feeling inside me, won't let me be,
My freedom of speech,
cannot express how I feel,
My heart has a longing,
my mind pretends it's not real,
the absence of this love in body,
does not dismay me,
for the invisible connection,
will never be set free,
the feelings of loneliness,
oh how I try to deny,
then I catch a glimpse of you,
I can't help it, I just want to cry,
I feel you're presence all around me,
I wish these feelings of helplessness,
would leave me be,
One day, in this world, or maybe the next,
our hearts will be joined once more,
our souls will reconnect,
this is a story of a love so true,
I know one day that fate will bring me to you
