A Little Kindness Never Hurts

I'm on my way there,
Be watching for me outside,
I don't mind helping you,
When you ask for a ride,
Sure you need some cash,
For your kids to eat,
I don't mind helping you,
Keep you up on your feet,
Yes you can stay with me,
I'll give you a roof over your head,
I don't mind helping you,
Here let's put your kids to bed,
You look at me and ask why,
Cause I've been in your shoes,
I don't mind helping you,
To get you out of your blues,
Everyone has been down,
At least once in their life,
I'm one of those great guys,
That helps take away their strife!!
