A Lifetime of Lasting Love
As the two of them relaxed in the sun
Having moments of fun
Spoken kind words always to each other.
Memories of over decades
As they both rise in the sun
A long-lasting marriage
Another day has begun
Not once spoken of harsh words
Their love is genuine, as they give each other daily hugs.
A time where one was sick
Recovered well, A love note stick
That time made them closer
As their joy for each other
Never heartbroken to one another.
It was a day of remembrance, a time to celebrate
As the anniversary years appear
Time together is a priority
Closeness is always near
As they both use their love with authority.
Never mad all day long
All Eight children are grown
Decades of togetherness
Forgiveness and communication is the key
Keeping GOD first in their life always
Having faith within
Life is to be.
Seeing their fault in each other
Correction is there immediately
Nevertheless, spending time together
With a sandwich and a cup of tea.
Seventy-nine years together
No matter what came abroad
Trusting in GOD above
With their genuine and precious love.
The love for each other
A daily walk in the park
Travels amongst all countries
As their genuine love never departs.
The memories last forever
As they both share their story
Keeping GOD first in their life
Giving GOD ALL Praises and the GLORY.
Family gatherings are really great
All children are so elated
The grandchildren and great-great grands
All gather around, some coming into town
Thanking GOD for such precious moments
Their family, friends, and love ones
Always are definitely around.
A day with all kinds of food
A large table with lots of extended room
Laughter with plenty of love
Prayers are submitted daily
Giving thanks to the almighty above.
