A Life To Live
I see the sickly walking the streets.
I see the homless eating from the ground.
Was this the life my mother wanted for me?
I see the ritch walking in warm fur clothing.
I see the welthy eating from silver spoons.
Was this the life my mother wanted for me?
Yes,yes it was.
But the question is,is it the life I want?
I see children running in jeans and tees.
I see couples laughing and holding hands.
I see an old married couple sitting on a bench, feeding the birds and smiling.
Yes.Yes.This is the life i want to live.
When my time comes to go to were ever God sees me fit ,I will remember :
there are sickly walking the streets.
There are homless eating from the ground.
That there are the ritch walking in fur coats.
That there are welthy eating from silver spoons.
That there are children that run and play and are happy.
Couples do laugh and hold hands.
That there are old coulples to be happy and feed the birds.
And when I look back from werever i am going,i hope I always see the good things in life.
