A Life

To a soft pink dawn, a fairy lifted her head,
Upon the mossy woods she took her first steps,
Saw a hundred ways, awaiting destinations to be found,
Unknown...where destiny leads...
Choices... upon a battlefield she did land,
Painting skies of thick monochrome for all,
Wells of tears filled to the brim... overflowing,
Through clouds... strands of light... stirring awake,
Little wings... to soar high,
Beyond the Earth's limit.
