A Letter From Heaven
To those I have left behind
Heaven knows how much ' I miss you',
Looking down, I couldn't help but cry
Jesus knows, I held back those tears and sigh
I couldn't help but ask why was it time to lay down and die
Couldn't I have a little more time to spend and try
But Jesus held my hand and drew me near
Took his hand and wiped my tear
Even whispered in my ear
Child have no fear, I am here
I will guide you through your fear
Just know I am near and I care
To those I have left behind
To the one's who where loving and kind
To those who taught I had more time and where cruel an unkind
Don't waste your time save those tears for another time
Stop looking behind spend your time being generous and kind
Don't waste anymore time
Heaven knows I miss you.
