A Lament To Wanibo Toe
How we wish the graveyard was never your friend
For we could sit at SKD and ATS watching your effortless, magical and mesmerizing dribbles
Cheering, jumping and clapping our hands unceasingly
How we wish to caress you in our arms
Hold your jersey and insert a kiss on your forehead
But we lost a treasure
A bulldozer whose kicks, techniques and tricks were magnificent
As he was referred to 'A Great Wizard'
Who played with calm spirit and logic
Peace and absolute harmony
Attacked like there are no opponents
He could make a full rotation in every game
How do we sit by your graveyard
When our yards possess factors of sorrow
How do we call when there's no one to answer
Darkness crawls on our beautiful faces
And love no longer lay in our minds
With the ball
You were born with the hearts of thousand legends
You were born with an immeasurable soul
You were born with wisdom like sages
You were born with trust and discipline like Jesus
But death held you so eagerly
Taking you to a faraway land
How can we dwell at your grave site
When our records are broken songs
When the place is so damn quiet
Only pains are allowed to put forth messages
While sadness creates an ocean of tears
