A Kiss At Dawn

At the crack of dawn he arose
and ran to the gate to see her door close
he had a big crush on her,she enthralled him
the feeling wasn't mutual, she thought he was dim

He was determined to win her over
if he should succeed then she'd be his lover
as time went by he got his break
and with her a date he did make

they can now be seen holding hands
dare I say making wedding plans
it maybe too soon for matrimonial bliss
for now he will settle for a tender kiss
