A Journey Taken Again
A journey taken again
Hello ,he dropped a message in my inbox
After a year's silence
He maintained flowing through eons of loneliness
He weaved a yarn with my tears and pain
Feelings he left behind
Going on his way
I picked on my palms
And they morphed to poems new
Forcing me to ramble against time
Where the empty boughs of damsel lane
Stared at my storm struck face
Golden clouds that once showered love
Turned ebon with onset of twilight's call
My dreams nest I saw
Lying littered with twigs
Stuck to thorny bushes of realities
The depths of unpromising silence
Holding wishes unspoken
And then my heart started looking
For that I had never known
A desire floats to hit against the wall
That seems familiar in the strange world
Just then the mute clock chimed
As basket of lost moments have forever withered
To spread in thousand miles as flown away dandelion
