Daddy was a health nut, ran five miles a day Was proud as hell, more proud than I can say Eat sensibly like him But not nearly as trim Working on it but at 20 years older, more decayed

Working on it... that may be redundant but I've lost 50 lbs this year! (of course I was 560 lbs. when I started) Joking of course!!!

Price by the old has to be paid; Body is destroyed and decayed; Became gray, Day by day So she now is an elderly maid. As usual exceeded my ten again. I will just make poem part of my comment to you.

My dada was way ahead of his time, but cancer has no pity! So far, I've been free of any kind of bad stuff! How's abut you, my friend?
