A Green Lake

Seasons had passed, winters froze and slept beneath the sun
Trees stood victims to nature herself
An angry climate had striken the old town that stood created for many decades
A lake formed to ice
It had been about 24 years since the last sign of life
To be continued.....

Jeremiah! Your poem creates chilling effect on mind. A vivid description of how freezing winter can destroy habitation. I wait to read the rest of the poem. Meanwhile, thanks for your comments on my poem Do not Knock. God Bless You.-Mohammad
