A great little tip
Here's a little tip for a happier, healthier day
It could depend precisely on the words you choose to say
Ask about waking up with "What time?"
Your answer's a number---at 6 o'clock's chime
But if instead, you just ask 'When?"
You may get up naturally, whenever sleep ends
Wonder a bit later, "What time is lunch?"
You'll likely feel compelled to munch a bunch
Yet if you couch 'hungry' in terms of "When"
You're unlikely to eat a meal for ten
And so it goes throughout the day
Take your focus off the clock; keep it far away...
