A Glow of Gold will Stay

Nothing Gold Can Stay
     By Robert Frost

A Glow of Gold Will Stay
                                                                     ~
                                                                  By BJ

Frost spun his words like gold

His poems, in my heart hold

                                                Wrought gems in palace towers

                                                     Where refuge sweet is ours

                                                      Each poem a golden leaf

                                                  Which shines past earthly grief

                                                    Ember's spark of distant day

Frost's glow of gold will stay

For me too, Robert Frost's words are a taste of eternity... (At least I went to the same college as he did. There, all similarities end. After all, I don't have white, straight hair.) lol. ~ gw

Thank you Paula, no, just in a writing mood after trying to get some packing up done, I came across a bunch of Robert Frosts poems and became engrossed. I will never get my multipurpose room finished at this rate. I am expecting company for Thanksgiving, hosting up to 21 people, and I need to make the room, which is host to my art studio at present, back into the family room again. Wish me luck with that, lol!
