A Glorified Lab Rat

They look at us as if we were just lab rats, and maybe, we are. Who knows or cares? I definitely do care. I know that I'm part wolf and human. I don't want to know how much wolf is in my DNA. If I knew, I would know that I am a glorified lab rat.

I'm with A Poet Destroyer...I find this ending quite humorous, but I often look at the human condition and all its absurdities with a bit of humor. I hope that doesn't come across as if I'm poking fun of the poem, or your poems or you, but I really enjoy the darkness in poems and expression. I'm enjoying the topics you choose to explore, that unique lens that you gaze through and your fearlessness to capture these themes in for us to read: I see the presence of bravery in your poems. W

It's okay because my humor is dark and sarcastic.
