A Glimmer of Gold

Sunlight over receding sea, small waves born.
Thawing frozen clouds drenched with rain.
Leaves sparkled where motley was worn.
Breeze through golden twilight again.
Delivered a calming blow to the restless,
Fluting never ceases and is zestless.
Nature's grace often leaves me speechless,
We are in awe of her rich color scheme.
Birds pondering in their nests by the stream,
Sliding down a frail stalk-like shadow dream.
Serenading with pleasure rather than scorn,
With such exquisite food, no one feels pain.
The crashing waves soothe me, I walk breathless.
Calmed in my heart, I muse on nature's gleam.
