A Girl Named Sabrina

There once was a girl named Sabrina, Who wanted to be a ballerina, But she was a big girl, Who couldn't even twirl, And she laughed just like a hyena! 6/15/21

There is hope in the heart of Sabrina - Having learnt to play the concertina - She wowed the whole crowd - By playing out loud - But her laughter soon cleared the arena… Belle

Thanks for the smile . I hope poets do understand limericks are not the only form of comedy in poetry. My experience here, is enough already, Seems some need Limericks Anonymous Meetings. )) you vary the forms you use and are a true poet,,, Pangie xx Angie

Traditionally ballerinas are expected to be around 165cm tall (at least that is what my ballerina granddaughter says!). In this case neither the height nor the laugh seem to be of an advantage for Sabrina :) Regards // paul

Creative one with the name Sabrina. Sad day though for her because her body would not back up her expectations in life. Thanks for your visits to my page. Sara
