A Gentleman Never Tells

Slowly i pulled the satin sheets back
the pull of her skin magnetic on the flimsy cloth
smallest droplets of anticipation sweat caught the avid moonlight
her breath shortened
as my eyes savaged every pore of her body
my eyes drawn to her perfect mouth
as she bit gently on her lip
gently cupped her face
drawing a line over the contours of her jaw
fingertips trembling as the worked a meander
over her body electric
