Sally was a generous benefactress.
She spent her life giving away money like this.
She gave her wealth.
She gave herself.
Patron with attributes of wonderfulness.

I get a good feeling by being of help to others. Many people wouldn't lift a finger to help anyone. How do they live with themselves? Enjoyed your limerick about Sally. My mother is a professional volunteer. At age 87 she is still volunteering so many hours a week,it seems crazy to others. She is always saying "Got to go feed the old people." She has exercize classes, is a bingo caller, delivers Meals on Wheels, delivers packages and mail daily, and does about a zillion things a week for her church. She also knits layettes for the hospital newborns.
