A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To Red Barn

A funny thing happened on the way to the Red Barn I opened the door and out Kia flew out, Jumping over a stair or two Clearing the porch, there was dew on the grass Kia sliding along on her ass Hysterically laughing, I stumbled too I opened the hatch and she knew what to do! Kia jumped right in, she was ready to go for a ride. Rolling down the street I caught Kia in the rearview What did she get into? Big cotton balls flying about? Just what did I forget to take out? Stopped to get gas, Kia’s head hung low she knew what she had done. A superman doll met his defeat through Kia’s teeth Weave back on the road, panting in my ear Slobbering splattering everywhere Swing by bank drive through, tellers think Kia’s sweet How pretty she looks, they toss in a treat! Kia’s ears perk up as the gravel kicks out Almost to Red Barn but then what other funny thing did we see? A robust man riding on top of swine! Well I never To a screeching halt I came. I had to get a picture know one would believe I jumped out with my phone in hand and that’s when I saw Kia leaping across the land Trying to hold steady to get it in view, what? What else was I suppose to do. He bounced and bounced and bounced until he went up in the air The old boar barreled toward Kia full charge, I’m screaming come on, come on , get in the car. I know I should have checked on the man but what a funny thing to see – believe me Finally we reached the old Red Barn. The vet called our names and calmly we went back And that was that!
