A Funny Poem For a 7 Year Old

I saw Sammy snail leave his silvery trail
it shone brightly on our  garden path
I picked him up and put him in my pink pail
then I dropped him in my mummy’s bath! 

Mummy let out a terrible scream
when she saw him in the bath water
She started to shout, she sure let off steam
then declared I’m a terrible daughter!
