A Fugitive

He runs away from his own shadow,
looking for darkness
to assure him his shadow is not following him.

He runs away from darkness,
if he hears familiar whispers of people
he robbed their souls; people he wronged.

He feels as though he has firecrackers'
sparks burning inside him,
whenever he looks at his face in the mirror-
guilt is written all over his face.

He's a fugitive....
