Wow, Paul !! This is such a wonderful modern haiku !! I see excellence here !! No wonder it was chosen to publish elsewhere :) PS.....I was so pleased to receive a comment recently. I've taken a break from PS for awhile, but it was nice to know someone had noticed. Thank you!

I always remove overhanging fruit on the grounds of health and safety, Paul. Wouldn't want a passer-by injuring themselves on a grape... Nice little Haiku, made me peckish. Regards, Viv

You just put a smile on my face , Paul. My husband had built a grape arbor near our fence a long time ago .. I planted red grapes on one side and white on the other side.. so some of course were on my neighbors side, they loved to harvest them. So it was a win win for both of us.. Thank you for the memories Hugs Eve

This is really worthy of being published Paul. Congratulations! I enjoyed this, having lived next to many vineyards when in my youth in Fresno, the raisin capitol of the world, we always helped ourselves to a few grapes. Cheers, Connie

Thank you, Connie. Really it's my neighbour's peaches that tempt me most:) Many people over here have fruit trees in their fields or gardens, and we often give away excess fruit to those that don't have. Regards // paul

Congratulations on having this Haiku gem published Paul. May your success be multiplied. It's so imaginative and descriptive. I can just see those juicy grapes hanging in your neighbour's garden and you salivating wrestling with your conscience to pick one - A juicy connundrum - Perhaps he will give you a bunch when he sees your distress - Lol...Maria
